To sell gold in Toronto, you need valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or provincial ID). For transactions over $10,000, additional documentation may be required. All sales are recorded under Canadian anti-money laundering regulations.

No appointment is necessary for most transactions. Walk-ins are welcome during our business hours Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM. For larger collections or estate liquidations, we recommend scheduling an appointment for personalized service.

Most appraisals are completed within 15-30 minutes using our XRF fluorescence technology. We provide instant verbal appraisals at no cost. Written appraisals for insurance purposes are available upon request.

GoldAgo offers instant cash payments or same-day bank transfers. For larger transactions over $5,000, we recommend bank transfer for security and record-keeping. All payments are made immediately after appraisal and agreement.
