Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM). However, for large collections, estate liquidations, or luxury watch evaluations, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure dedicated time with our expert appraisers. Same-day appointments are often available.

For jewelry with gemstones, we evaluate both the metal content and the stones. Our GIA-trained gemologists assess diamonds and precious gemstones separately. We pay for the gold melt value plus the value of any diamonds or significant gemstones. Designer pieces from brands like Tiffany, Cartier, or Bulgari may carry additional value based on brand and craftsmanship. Yes, we provide professional appraisal services for insurance, estate planning, and resale purposes. Our appraisers are GIA-trained and CGA-certified. Insurance appraisals document replacement value, while estate appraisals provide fair market value. Appraisal documents include detailed descriptions, photographs, weight measurements, and stone grading. Appraisals typically take 24-48 hours to complete.
